"Good product, but cultivator wheels fall off" 2009-05-19
By Mark Bucaj (White Plains, NY)
I bought this cultivator online because I couldn't find a 3 wheel model in my local Home Depot. The product is strong and the cultivator wheels do a good job turning the soil. My main complaint is that the wheels are individually removable with a single hand screw. These screws tend to work loose and allow the wheel to wobble or fall off. Since the screw head is plastic, you can't use a plier to tighten it down hard since you may break them. I'm sure a bit of Loctite would solve my problem, but I haven't taken the time to fix it. However, the product would have been better if the screw heads were metal allowing you to torque them down really tight.

 "Great Weeding Tool" 2008-09-08
By D. Wright (San Diego, CA United States)
This tool is like the old Garden Weasel but made from durable steel handle that adjusts in length. I use it in my flower beds and vegetable garden for weeding and it works like a charm. I don't think it would be good for heavy clay soil that has never been tilled before but it works great in established garden areas for weeding,

"Unless your yard is made of compost or is soft to begin with don't waste your money!" 2008-06-01
By S. Lee (Middle Earth)
I bought this in hopes of keeping weeds under control. It looks like I bought this for naught. It is made of EXTREMELY lightweight aluminum and in no way weighs even near 33 lbs shipping weight that include the worthless tool, tons of paper, and a ridiculously huge cardboard box (the box is heaviest) and will not work at all on hard or normal soil due to the extremely lightweight aluminum construction. I feel this was a total waste of my money as it did virtually NOTHING except give me a backache. It wouldn't penetrate the soil wet or dry and didn't even plow one weed under as the tips would not even make dents in the dirt. If you have hard or even regular dirt do not waste your money on this contraption. Get a motorized tiller instead. If your yard is made up of compost and/or other soft purchased ground fill, by all means this should/could work for your yard, but if you have regular soil like most everyone, unless you are superman you will break your back getting nowhere fast or slow and feel like stuporman instead for wasting your money. Who has a yard made entirely of soft material like compost? Don't waste your money on this hunk of junk! Looks like it would work but does not in real world situations. It might if the thing were heavy and made of cast iron but then you'd be sore from the weight of the thing.
